What is Geenius OS?
Geenius OS is the workspace where your AI works inside your apps. You bring the AI you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or any assistant that supports MCP) and connect it once.
From then on your AI works in one place: projects and tasks, documents and tables, invoices and quotes, calendar and bookings, contacts, forms, files, websites and more. Your AI’s memory and your business data live in the workspace, not in a chat.
Quickstart
- 1
Request access
Join the waitlist. When your workspace is ready, you get an invitation.
- 2
Connect your AI once
Add the Geenius OS connector in Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP assistant and approve it. One time.
- 3
Just ask
Tell your AI what you need. It works inside your apps, and remembers, because the memory lives there, not in the chat.
Connect your AI
Any assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software) can connect. The idea is the same everywhere: add a connector, point it at your workspace, approve.
Claude
- Open the connector settings of Claude.
- Add Geenius OS with the connector address from your invitation.
- Approve it once. It then works in every new chat.
ChatGPT
- Open the connector settings of ChatGPT.
- Add Geenius OS with the connector address from your invitation.
- Approve it once. It then works in every new chat.
Gemini
- Open the connector settings of Gemini.
- Add Geenius OS with the connector address from your invitation.
- Approve it once. It then works in every new chat.
Grok
- Open the connector settings of Grok.
- Add Geenius OS with the connector address from your invitation.
- Approve it once. It then works in every new chat.
Other MCP assistant
- Open the connector settings of your assistant (look for “MCP”, “connectors” or “tools”).
- Add Geenius OS with the connector address from your invitation.
- Approve it once. It then works in every new chat.
Connect more than one AI? Fine. Each shows up as its own agent in the same workspace.
Core ideas
| Word | What it means |
|---|---|
| Workspace | One per business. Everything lives in it, and workspaces stay separate from each other. |
| Project | A job with a roadmap, tasks and an inbox. Your AI reads it again at the start of every chat. |
| Memory | What your AI learns and does, kept in the workspace and not in a chat window. |
| Agent | A connected AI with a name, a role and its own permissions. |
| Seat | One person in the workspace. Plans are priced per seat per month. |
| Approval | A step where you say OK before something goes out or changes. |
Asking your AI
You do not learn commands. You say what you need, in your own words.
| Say | What happens |
|---|---|
| “Invoice Jonas for the rear wheel.” | An invoice PDF with the legal lines. The email waits in Approvals. |
| “Move Emma to Thursday.” | Your AI checks the calendar and moves it. Emma is told after you approve. |
| “Put the tulips on the website.” | A preview first. It goes live on yourname.geenius.site when you say so. |
| “Where did we leave the spring catalogue?” | Your AI reads the project and tells you. |
Agents and permissions
Give each agent a name, a role and its own permissions: one for the website, one for the books, on the same projects.
- Same AI, several agents: three agents on Claude
- Different AIs, one team: Claude writes, ChatGPT does the invoices, Gemini keeps the calendar
- Change any time: add an assistant or switch one out, the memory stays
An agent can only do what you let it. See Approvals for what always waits for you.
Approvals
Emails to your customers and other risky actions wait in Approvals until you say OK. You see exactly what will happen, you can edit it, then approve. Every step lands in the audit trail.
Tools your AI sees
Behind the connector, your AI gets one tool per app. Each tool takes a tool (the part of the app) and an action (the verb). You never type these. They are listed so you know what is possible.
| Tool | What it is for |
|---|---|
geenius_os | The workspace itself: projects, memory, accounts and the basics |
geenius_pms | Projects, roadmap, tasks, inbox and decisions |
geenius_office | Documents, tables, invoices and quotes |
geenius_canvas · geenius_design · geenius_three | Canvas, Design and 3D |
geenius_blog · geenius_docs | A blog and docs for your own site |
geenius_<app> | One more for each app you install: Geenius MVP, Video, Facecast, Prompt Verse and the rest |
Your data
- Your memory, projects and files live in Geenius OS, not in a chat window.
- Switch from Claude to ChatGPT, or to whatever comes next. Nothing is lost.
- Restart a chat and your agent picks up where it left off, from the project.
- You can export everything, any time.
Geenius OS is made by AVS Media in the Netherlands, for the EU and the GDPR.
