Tool

When this happens, do that.

Set a rule once: an event in your workspace triggers a few steps. Test it as a dry run first, and read in the log what each step did.

If, then
Automations. A short animation, no sound.

Tool

What it does

  • Triggers are events from your tools, for example a paid invoice
  • Steps: create a task, add a contact note, set a reminder, notify your inbox, email you, or call a webhook
  • Conditions decide whether a rule applies
  • A dry run shows what each step would say, and does nothing
  • A run log shows the outcome of every step
  • Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried up to five times, from one minute to six hours
  • Redeliver a failed delivery by hand

With your AI

How it works with your AI

Ask in plain words, in Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP AI you connected. It works inside Geenius OS, within your permissions.

When an invoice is paid, add a note to the customer and set me a reminder to thank them.

The rule is saved. A dry run on a sample payment shows two steps, a contact note and a reminder. Nothing was done yet.

An example. Names and amounts are made up.

  1. 1

Name the event and the result

Tell your AI what should trigger it and what should follow.

  2. 2

    Test it first

A dry run walks through the conditions and shows what each step would do, without doing it.

  3. 3

Switch it on, check the log

The rule runs on its own from now on. The run log shows every step.
