What it is and how you get in.
What is Geenius OS?
A workspace for your AI. You bring the AI you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or any assistant that supports MCP. You connect it once, and from then on it works inside your apps through one connection: projects, documents, invoices, calendar, contacts, websites and more.
You stay in charge: you set what it may do, you approve risky steps, and every step is written down. Why Geenius OS
How do I get in?
Geenius OS is in early access. You request access on this site and join the waitlist, and people are invited step by step. There is no free plan. Request access
How do I connect my AI?
When your invitation arrives, you add the Geenius OS connector in your AI’s connector settings (look for MCP, connectors or tools) using the address from your invitation, and approve it once. It then works in every new chat. A new chat sees the connector when it starts.
The docs have the steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and other MCP assistants. Read the docs
Do I need an AI of my own?
Yes. Geenius OS has no AI of its own inside; you keep paying for the AI you already use. If you do not use an AI yet, Geenius OS is not the place to start. Some apps have AI features of their own on Premium and Max, and those are in early access.
Who is it for?
People and small businesses who already use an AI every day and are tired of copying its text into other tools:
- Freelancers and solo businesses
- Small businesses, shops and studios that take bookings or sell things
- Consultants and small offices
- Writers, creators and job seekers
- Teams that share one workspace
- Developers and agencies who run their own AI agents

What should I ask my AI first?
Ask it to read the project first, name your first project, and start with a small job such as a quote or a booking page. The docs explain each step. Docs
Pricing and plans
What it costs, in plain numbers.
What does Geenius OS cost?
Geenius OS is €19 (Pro), €39 (Premium) or €79 (Max) per seat per month. Consumer prices include VAT; businesses see the net price plus VAT. You keep paying for your own AI where you already do. Pricing
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan is paid.
What is a seat?
One seat is one person in the workspace. A team workspace starts at two seats, and each seat is billed at the plan price.
What is the difference between Pro, Premium and Max?
Every plan includes every OS app and tool, approvals, permissions, the audit trail and the export of all your data. The limits differ:
- Pro: up to 10 agent accounts, 10 GB of files, up to 10 websites, 500 emails a month, up to 5,000 AI actions a day
- Premium: up to 50 agent accounts, 25 GB, up to 15 websites, 1,000 emails, up to 7,500 AI actions a day, and the apps with built-in AI for pictures, video and audio
- Max: unlimited agent accounts, 50 GB, up to 25 websites, 2,000 emails, up to 10,000 AI actions a day, and the highest limits in the apps with built-in AI
Can I buy just one app?
Yes. Every Geenius app is also sold alone, without the full workspace: €9 (Pro), €19 (Premium) or €49 (Max) per month. The limits differ per app; each app’s page gives them. Apps
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes, with a custom price, seats and limits for your organisation. Ask us through the request form. Request access
Do I pay for my AI as well?
Yes, you keep paying for the AI you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, where you already do. Geenius OS does not include one.
AI and your data
Which AI, who is in charge, and where things are kept.
Which AIs work with Geenius OS?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and any assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software). You can connect more than one; each shows up as its own agent in the same workspace.
Where does my AI’s memory live?
In your workspace, not in a chat window and not in the AI. Start a new chat, restart, or switch from Claude to ChatGPT, and the new chat reads the project and carries on. Nothing is lost when you change AI.
Can my AI do whatever it wants?
No. Every AI that connects becomes an agent with a name, a role and its own permissions, per app. Emails to your customers and other risky actions wait in Approvals until you say OK, and an audit trail records what happened and who approved it.
Why does my AI need to write less?
Because the structure already exists. Templates, designs and apps are built and tested, so your AI chooses what fits and supplies the data, such as the rows, texts and numbers. Geenius OS draws it, checks it and keeps it. We do not quote a saving in percent, because it depends on the job. Why Geenius OS
Does Geenius OS have AI built in?
Not in the workspace itself. Some apps have AI features of their own on Premium and Max, such as making pictures, video and sound. They are in early access: each app is built and its browser preview works, but the image, video and voice and music models are still being connected.
What if I switch to another AI?
Connect the new AI and it reads the same projects, notes and files. You can export everything at any time.
Privacy and security
Who makes it, what it collects, what you control.
Who makes Geenius OS, and where is my data?
AVS Media, based in Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Geenius OS is built for the EU and the GDPR, and workspaces are kept separate from each other. We make no compliance claims for a particular profession; check your own rules first. Privacy statement
Does this website track me?
No. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising script and no social media plug-in. The site sets one small functional cookie, geenius_accent, that only remembers which accent colour we picked for you today, and it expires at midnight. Privacy statement
What happens to a question I type on this site?
The assistant and this page send your question to a small service run by AVS Media so it can answer from the product catalogue. Your IP address is used to limit abuse and is stored only as a one-way hash, and obvious personal data such as email addresses and phone numbers is masked before anything is stored. Questions and answers are kept for up to 90 days to improve the answers, and only if you agreed where you are asked. Please do not type personal details. What happens to your question
How are risky actions handled?
They wait for you. Emails to customers and other consequential steps sit in one Approvals queue; you see exactly what will happen, you can edit it, and then you approve. After reading text it did not write, an agent asks before a consequential step, and an agent can ask for a secret with a reason in one sentence. You never paste a key or a password into a chat.
Can I export or delete my data?
You can export everything at any time. Under the GDPR you may also ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and receive a copy; email us and you get an answer within a month. Privacy statement
Does the request-access form store my email?
Right now it is a preview: the address you type stays in your browser and is not sent to us or stored anywhere. If that changes, the privacy statement will say what is sent, why and for how long before the form sends anything.
Apps and tools
What is inside, and what is still on its way.
Which tools are inside the workspace?
The everyday ones come with it: projects and tasks, documents and tables, quotes and invoices, contracts and signatures, calendar and bookings, contacts, forms, files, notes, time tracking, expenses, budgets, research, automations and approvals, plus a client portal, courses, PDF templates, a brand kit, a bio page, stock and storyboards. The Tools page lists all 24. All tools
What are the apps?
Bigger jobs live in their own apps that share one login, one memory and your permissions. Eight are part of the workspace: Office, Calendar and Events, Canvas, Design, 3D, Blog, Docs and Projects. Connected apps include Geenius MVP, Prompt Verse, Careers, Author, Geenius Video, Facecast and Business Plan. All apps
Are all the apps ready?
Most are. Community, Agent host and the three AI apps (pictures, video, audio) are in early access, and Images and Audio are marked coming soon on the Create page because the real AI models are not switched on yet. Videos from a template work now; videos from a sentence are coming soon. Wherever the site says so, this page says so too.
Can it send quotes and invoices?
Yes. Quotes and invoices come as PDFs with the legal lines for Germany and the Netherlands, e-invoices and payment reminders. A quote turns into an invoice without retyping, and the email to your customer waits in Approvals. Invoices
Are the contracts legal advice?
No. Service contracts, NDAs and data processing agreements in English, Dutch or German come from a clause library, and an owner or admin approves them before they go for signature. They are templates, not legal advice. Signatures
What if the tool I need is missing?
Tell us. The request form goes to a person, and you do not need an account. Request a feature
Building websites and apps
Websites, web apps and shops from a brief.
Can Geenius OS build a website?
Yes. Geenius MVP builds a website from a brief. You compare ten designs, check a preview, and publish on yourname.geenius.site or your own domain. It goes live only when you say so. Websites
What about web apps and shops?
How many websites can I have?
Up to 10 on Pro, 15 on Premium and 25 on Max, with 5, 7 or 10 publishes a day. Pricing
Do I need to code?
No. You describe what you need to your AI. It picks a template and a design from Geenius MVP and fills in the content, and you check the preview before anything is published.
Can I run a blog or product docs?
Why is building cheaper for my AI?
It does not write the whole page again every time. The templates, designs and components are already built, so your AI chooses one and supplies the content. That is less for it to write, and the same good-looking result each time. How it works
For teams
Sharing one workspace, with everyone’s say.
Can a team share one workspace?
Yes. A team shares one workspace with seats, tasks and approvals. Tasks are handed to people or to agents.
How many seats do we need?
A team workspace starts at two seats, and each seat is billed at the plan price. One seat is one person.
Does every AI get its own permissions?
Yes. Each connected AI is an agent with a name, a role and only the permissions you give it, per app. You can add an assistant or switch one out at any time, and the memory stays.
Who approves risky steps in a team?
Anything an agent wants to do that is risky, such as sending an email to a customer, lands in one Approvals queue for the owner, and a history keeps every decision.
Can an agency keep clients apart?
Yes. An agency runs one workspace per client, kept separate from each other, and each AI helper is an agent with its own name and permissions. A client can see progress in a portal page. Client portal
