Why Geenius OS · Lawyers

Cases, deadlines and clients, with your AI on the paperwork.

A small law office lives on deadlines, documents and trust. Geenius OS keeps the file for each case while your AI does the typing, and nothing leaves the office without your OK.

  • Who A solo lawyer or a small office with a few colleagues.
  • The day-to-day The same case is spread over a calendar, a mailbox, a folder of Word files and an invoice tool. A missed date costs more than any software.

A day with Geenius OS

What you ask, what your AI does, where you say OK.

An illustration. Names, amounts and times are made up, and nothing here is a customer story.

  1. You ask: Which deadlines fall in the next ten days, and what is on today?

Your AI: Reads the matters and the calendar and lists each deadline with its kind: statutory, court, contractual or internal.

MattersYour say: You check every date against the source. The app keeps them; it does not decide them.

  2. You ask: A new enquiry came in through the intake form. Run the conflict check.

Your AI: Checks the name against every client and counterparty in your matters and shows the result.

MattersYour say: You decide whether to accept the intake.

  3. You ask: Prepare Tuesday’s hearing in 2026-0042: a timeline from my notes and the sources I saved.

Your AI: Builds a dated chronology and a list of open points in a document. Quotes are kept word for word and checked against the source page.

ResearchYour say: You read it, change it and keep the judgement.

  4. You ask: Draft a service agreement for the new client, in Dutch, with the usual optional clauses off.

Your AI: Fills a service-agreement template from the clause library. The client comes from Contacts, so nobody retypes an address.

Documents from templatesYour say: You or an admin approve it. Only then is the PDF locked and filed.

  5. You ask: Send it to the client for signature.

Your AI: Prepares the signature request. The signed PDF returns to Files with a certificate page.

SignaturesYour say: Only an owner or admin hands out the link, or approves the email that carries it.

  6. You ask: Invoice the hours on 2026-0042 for October.

Your AI: Turns the billable time into invoice lines and drafts the invoice as a PDF with the legal lines. The email to the client waits.

Invoices and quotesYour say: You approve the invoice and the email in Approvals.

  7. You ask: Put the signed agreement and the invoice on the client’s page.

Your AI: Shapes what the client’s private page shows: invoices, contracts, documents you choose to share.

Client portalYour say: An owner or admin makes the link. You can switch sections off or revoke it.

The outcome

Deadlines, documents and invoices for each case sit in one place, and the paperwork between them gets written for you. You stay the lawyer.

Illustrative. We do not claim time saved or money earned.

Good to know

What it is, and what it is not.

  • Geenius OS is not legal advice and your AI is not a lawyer. Contract templates are templates, and your AI says so. You check every legal text and every date.
  • Deadlines are stored and reminded. The app does not work out a deadline for you.
  • Internal notes on a matter stay inside the office. Shared notes are the ones the client can read in the portal.
