Why Geenius OS · Shop owners
A shop that is yours, and an AI that keeps it stocked.
A small shop needs a catalogue, orders, stock and the odd flyer. Your AI sets up the shop from your words and helps run it.
- Who The owner of a bakery, florist, boutique or other small retail business.
- The day-to-day Prices on paper, stock in your head, and a web shop that always seems one project away.
A day with Geenius OS
What you ask, what your AI does, where you say OK.
An illustration. Names, amounts and times are made up, and nothing here is a customer story.
You ask: Set up a shop for my flower business. Here is my price list.
Your AI: Builds the shop in Geenius MVP and fills the catalogue from your list. Products and prices are yours; the AI does not invent them.
Web shopsYour say: You check a test order. You switch the shop live after a readiness check.
You ask: Which flowers are running low for the weekend? Draft the order.
Your AI: Checks stock against the reorder points and drafts a purchase order per supplier.
Stock and supplyYour say: You decide which orders are sent.
You ask: A customer asked about a wedding. Add her to contacts and draft a quote.
Your AI: Creates the contact and drafts a quote as a PDF. The email waits.
Invoices and quotesYour say: You approve the send.
You ask: Make a flyer for the weekend sale, A5.
Your AI: Lays out the flyer in Design with your brand colours.
Slides and postersYour say: You adjust it and print it.
You ask: Write this month’s newsletter post from my notes.
Your AI: Drafts the post in the blog, which has a newsletter sign-up and a feed.
Blog postsYour say: Publishing waits for your OK.
You ask: Which orders are waiting to be packed?
Your AI: Lists the open orders in the back office so you can move them along.
The outcome
A catalogue, a test order and a stock list that tells you what to buy, without a web project.
