Why Geenius OS · Doctors and practices
Fewer admin loops between appointments.
A small practice spends hours on bookings, reminders, letters and invoices. Your AI takes the admin. The clinical work and the clinical records stay yours.
- Who A GP, therapist, physio or dentist with a small team.
- The day-to-day The phone rings during consultations, slots go empty after a cancellation, and letters and invoices wait for the evening.
A day with Geenius OS
What you ask, what your AI does, where you say OK.
An illustration. Names, amounts and times are made up, and nothing here is a customer story.
You ask: What is on today, and where are the gaps?
Your AI: Reads the calendar and shows the day with the free slots.
You ask: Ms. Visser phoned. Move her to Thursday afternoon.
Your AI: Finds a free slot, reschedules the booking and drafts the message to her.
BookingsYour say: The message waits in Approvals until you send it.
You ask: Make an intake form for new patients with name, contact details and the reason for the visit. Nothing more.
Your AI: Builds the form and opens a public link you control. Responses land in your inbox and in a table you can export.
FormsYour say: You open and close the link yourself. Ask only for what you need.
You ask: Turn my dictated points into a referral letter, in Dutch.
Your AI: Puts your points into a letter in Office. It does not add findings or diagnoses.
DocumentsYour say: You read it, correct it and sign it yourself.
You ask: Each weekday at 16:00, remind the front desk to call tomorrow’s patients.
Your AI: Sets a schedule that creates a task at 16:00. You see the next five fires before you save.
You ask: Invoice this week’s self-pay consultations.
Your AI: Drafts the invoices as PDFs with the legal lines. The emails wait.
Invoices and quotesYour say: You approve each send in Approvals.
You ask: Note for myself: call the lab back Thursday.
Your AI: Saves a private note, tied to the contact if you want.
The outcome
Bookings, reminders, letters and invoices get done between appointments instead of after them. The care stays with you.

What it is, and what it is not.
- Geenius OS is not a medical-record system, and we make no claims about medical-record or health-data rules. Keep clinical records in the system your profession requires.
- Use Notes and Contacts for admin only: callbacks, preferences, who to phone. Do not put clinical details in a general-purpose tool.
- Your AI formats and drafts. It does not diagnose, advise or decide. Everything in a letter is yours to check.
- Your data is hosted in the EU and the GDPR applies. Whether that is enough for your profession is for you and your data-protection officer to judge.
